This Cancellation Policy applies to Ferrari Experiences organised by Majestic Garage Roma, including the Ferrari Test Drive and Ferrari Driving Tour.

All experiences are available by reservation only and require full payment in advance. Each booking is made for a specific date and time and reserves the vehicle and dedicated staff.

1. Ferrari Test Drive – Cancellation or booking changes

Customers may cancel or change their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, customers may choose between a refund of the amount paid or changing the date and/or time, subject to availability. Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

2. Ferrari Driving Tour – Cancellation or booking changes

For Ferrari Driving Tour bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, customers may choose between free rescheduling, subject to availability, or a refund equal to 70% of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience are non-refundable.

3. No-show

If the customer does not attend the appointment without providing notice within the applicable cancellation period, the booking will be considered a no-show. No refund or rescheduling will be provided.

4. Late arrivals

Customers must arrive at the time stated in their booking confirmation. A late arrival may result in a shorter experience depending on subsequent bookings and vehicle/tutor availability. If the delay makes it impossible to provide the experience, the booking may be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Weather conditions

If heavy rain or weather or road conditions make the experience unsafe or impossible to operate, customers may reschedule free of charge, subject to availability. If the customer is unable to reschedule, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. Light or variable weather conditions that do not prevent the experience from being conducted safely do not automatically result in cancellation.

6. Driving documents for the Ferrari Test Drive

Drivers must present an original valid driving licence, a valid ID or passport, and any additional documentation required to drive legally in Italy. For licences issued outside the EU/EEA, Majestic Garage Roma requires a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) together with the original national driving licence as a condition for participating in the Ferrari Test Drive. Failure to present the required documents does not entitle the customer to a refund. This requirement does not apply to Ferrari Driving Tours in which the vehicle is driven exclusively by our driver.

7. Cancellation by Majestic Garage Roma

If Majestic Garage Roma is unable to provide the booked experience for technical, mechanical, organisational or safety reasons, the customer will be offered an alternative date/time or, where possible, an equivalent alternative solution. If the customer cannot accept the alternative, a full refund will be issued.

8. Vehicle model

Majestic Garage Roma will make every reasonable effort to provide the Ferrari model indicated at the time of booking. If the booked vehicle becomes unexpectedly unavailable for technical, mechanical or safety reasons, an equivalent Ferrari may be offered where available.

9. Right of withdrawal for online bookings

Ferrari Experiences are leisure services provided on a specific date and at a specific time. The standard 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to certain online purchases does not apply to this type of service. The cancellation and refund conditions set out in this policy remain applicable.

10. Acceptance of this policy

By completing the booking and making payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Cancellation Policy and the participation requirements applicable to the booked experience.
